Information for parents and carers
It can be challenging to ensure that your child is using technology safely, so you will find below some links that should help you, whether it's judging if something is appropriate for your child or how they are using technology. You will find the Levels Academy Trust eSafety policy at the top of our policies page.
Computer Time at Home and Family Agreements
It is always a good time to have a family agreement about the use of technology. A family agreement is a great way to start a conversation with your whole family about how you all use the internet and discuss together how to behave in a positive way when online at home, at school or at a friend’s house. A good example is the Childnet Family Agreement which can be found here: http:// www.childnet.com/resources/family-agreement

Safer Internet Day 2018
Safer Internet Day 2018 was celebrated globally on Tuesday 6th February 2018 with the slogan “Create, Connect and Share Respect: A better internet starts with you” and it provided a fantastic opportunity to engage with children about their digital lives. As a school we feel that an ongoing conversation with your children about internet safety is extremely important. Please find below a Parent's Pack that we hope you will enjoy and use to keep your child safe.
